AnDrea Neal Coach Training
A Transformational Learning Journey for Coaches and Leaders
The AnDrea Neal Coach Training, offered through Embodied Leadership at RCF Connects, is a comprehensive training experience for both new and experienced coaches who want to deepen their practice through embodiment and trauma-informed coaching.
This robust program includes:
- 46 hours of live instruction,
- 10 hours of mentor coaching,
- A strong emphasis on coaching presence, trust-building, and holding space for others to access their inner wisdom
Participants will learn core coaching skills that support healing, empowerment, and sustainable change. The training is designed for leaders who want to integrate goal-oriented and strengths-based coaching with embodied awareness.
Through live instruction, mentorship from professional coaches, and opportunities to practice coaching in a supportive environment, participants will gain tools they can immediately apply in their work and leadership. The program is ideal for nonprofit leaders, educators, community advocates, coaches, and anyone committed to relational, values-driven leadership.

Portal of Practice: Oracle for Every Body
Now Available Digitally
Embodied Leadership is also thrilled to expand access to its beloved Portal of Practice: Oracle for Every Body with a new virtual version of the deck. Originally released as a physical deck earlier in 2025, this unique oracle includes:

- Original artwork by 16 NIAD artists
- Embodiment practices written by 12 authors
The newly available digital deck makes these practices even more accessible. In fact, the virtual version is ideal for sharing on screen during virtual meetings, workshops, coaching sessions, or keeping close at hand on your phone for daily reflection.
