Capital investments in neighborhoods change the physical environment from one of neglect to one of community, strength, and vibrancy. The physical environment that RCF Connects strives to improve includes parks and recreation centers, landscaping and lighting, schools, and housing stock.
Through the support of our initiatives, other nonprofits, government agencies, individuals, and businesses, we have developed a multi-faceted strategy to rebuild neighborhoods throughout Contra Costa County, with the ultimate goal of creating and supporting livable, safe, and healthy environments by developing, preserving, and investing in the assets of a community. Electric Vehicle Car Share Program
True mobility is about making sure services and infrastructure are available in often-forgotten neighborhoods. The program is establishing neighborhood hubs with electric vehicles and charging stations.
