We are delighted to announce an exciting new chapter for RCF Connects as we enhance our leadership structure model. We are in the process of seeking a Co-Chief Executive Officer to co-lead alongside our current Chief Executive Officer, Jim Becker.
The position profile for the Co-CEO role is now available on our website, marking the beginning of a new phase in work deeply connected and rooted in our Contra Costa County communities. The decision to transition to a Co-CEO model aligns with our strategic plan. This along with the departure of our long-time Chief Operations Officer made this an opportune time to restructure our leadership. Thoughtful review and discussion have led us to this decision, which we believe will propel us into a future of even greater impact.
We aim to lead with a Co-Leadership Model that strengthens both our internal and external capabilities, ensuring we remain nimble, creative, and efficient in meeting the diverse needs of our Contra Costa County communities. We are excited to continue our impactful work in equity with renewed leadership and commitment.
