Zimbabwe brings a wealth of experience as a Film Producer, Motivational Speaker, Philanthropist, and Certified Community Coach. Having started his career producing fashion shows to raise funds for foster youth, Zimbabwe’s success catapulted him into national advocacy for foster youth. His dedication to helping individuals and communities thrive through philanthropy and coaching is a perfect fit for RCF’s mission.

In his new role, Zimbabwe will lead the implementation of community-driven and community-led programming, foster collaboration across our organization and coalition, and contribute to building a culture of belonging, collaboration, and power that drives positive community change. With a proven ability to inspire, coach, and motivate teams, we are confident that Zimbabwe will bring his visionary leadership and attention to detail to help RCF continue building power in our community.
