Mariana Moore proudly serves as Director of EO a cross-sector initiative that engages social sector organizations, businesses, labor, local government, and community members in a collective effort to eliminate poverty in our community.

Jim Becker (He/Him) has dedicated over three decades to building stronger communities and advancing equity across Contra Costa County and beyond. He joined the Richmond Community Foundation in 2005 and became its President and CEO in 2014, guiding its evolution into RCF Connects.
