Kameka Broughton
Care Coordinator / Case Manager
Kameka brings nearly two decades of experience in community-centered service to her role as Care Coordinator/Case Manager at RCF Connects. She has a demonstrated history of working in civic and social organizations, with strengths in nonprofit leadership, team building, public speaking, and client support.
Before joining RCF Connects in 2024, Kameka served as a Service Coordinator with Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco for almost ten years, where she supported vulnerable populations through housing stability, case management, and empowerment services. She also previously held leadership as a Site Manager with the Greater Richmond Interfaith Program, providing direct support to families and individuals in Richmond.
Her educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Psychology from Contra Costa College, with additional studies in Medical Assisting and Office Technology. She also holds certification in Dental Assisting from Bryman College.
At RCF Connects, Ms. Broughton combines her professional expertise with her passion for uplifting communities. She is dedicated to connecting residents with the resources they need to thrive, advocating for equity, and fostering hope and resilience throughout Contra Costa County.
