Dorian Glover

Case Manager, Housing First

Dorian I. Glover, our Housing First Case Manager, is a seasoned program leader with over a decade of experience in behavioral health, youth development, and community-based services. He has a strong track record of managing teams, overseeing budgets, and delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

As Program Manager at ELDA House, Dorian led service delivery for clients facing substance use and co-occurring disorders. He facilitated group sessions, supervised staff, ensured compliance with billing and audit standards, and connected clients to housing, employment, and other vital resources.

Previously, he managed youth-focused programs at Bay Area Community Resources, creating leadership and job-readiness opportunities for transitional-aged youth while expanding partnerships with city agencies and nonprofits. His early work as a Community Health Outreach Worker and youth Site Director shaped his people-first, wraparound approach.

Dorian holds a B.A. in Ethnic Studies with a minor in Education and is currently completing his BSW and MSW at Walden University. He is also a registered Substance Use Disorder Counselor Intern and speaks conversational Spanish.

He serves on the boards of ELDA House and Raising Youth Reliance, is founder of Keeping Faith Alive, and mentors young men through Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.’s Guide Right Program.
