Armond Lee
Senior Director, Restoring Neighborhoods
Armond C. Lee, our Sr. Director of Restoring Neighborhoods is a social and political advocate, actor, writer and freedom dreamer. Born and raised in Richmond, CA, he cares deeply about his community, as evident in his work towards social justice. Black Liberation is at the forefront of Armond’s advocacy. His freedom dream is believing one day all Black people will have the opportunity to live full and complete lives.
Armond is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he earned a double Bachelor of Arts in African American Studies and Sociology. He remains a lifelong learner. His inquisitiveness and creativity allow him to produce inventive solutions for complex situations.
For fun, Armond loves to travel, cook and spend quality time with family and friends. His long-term goal is to be a legal advocate and television showrunner.
